✦ Terms of service ✦

✿ GENERAL

✦ Commission requests can be made through email, ko-fi and gank.
✦ I reserve the right to decline/refuse a commission request/client if I am unable to fulfill it or uncomfortable with the content and/or style.

✿ PAYMENT

Payment Methods:

✦ Prices are in USD ($) or PHP (₱).
✦ Payments can be done full up-front or 50/50. At least half of the payment must be sent after the sketch is approved, otherwise the commission will not be continued/completed.

→ For clients paying via PayPal, invoice will be sent to you after commission details are finalized.

✦ Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the commission.
✦ All listed prices are for personal use only unless I state the inclusion of commercial fee in the commission's price details.

Commercial use:

✦ +50% for promotional/streaming purposes (Twitch, Youtube, Vtuber branding).
✦ +100% for merchandise purposes (Ex. stickers, prints, acrylic charms).

✿ REFERENCES

✦ Please provide complete references of your character. (Ex. fullbody, base colors, details.)
✦ Written character descriptions without references will be rejected (unless custom design is requested and accepted).
✦ AI generated references will be rejected.

✿ TIMEFRAME

✦ I usually take a week ~ 2 months to finish a commission. Commission time depends on my workload, the commission type and complexity.
✦ Please be patient, you can always check my Trello to track your commission. I update it regularly.

✿ PROCESS

✦ I will send you updates of the WIPs in the lineart, flat color and rendering phases. Limited revisions can be made on each one.
✦ Up to 3 minor revisions in sketch phase (Ex. face expression, clothes detail, accessory), and 1 major (Ex. pose change, composition).
✦ Up to 2 minor revisions in render phase.
✦ Additional revisions/changes will be charged.
✦ Mistakes by my part such in sketch and render phase will be fixed for free, but not if it was caused by unclear references sent by the commissioner.
✦ Final piece will be delivered through a Google link where you can download it or via email.

✿ ORDERING

✦ I will not accept commissions without at least one clear visual reference of the subject.
✦ Please be as clear as possible when providing descriptions and additional details.
✦ Please let me know beforehand if you have any deadlines that must be met (ex. holiday season, gifts, etc.). I will try my best to accommodate a deadline, however a rush fee may be charged depending on the order and allotted timeframe.
✦ Rush commissions are available, unless otherwise stated. Rush fee is 50% of the total commission price.

✿ REFUNDS/CANCELLATION

✦ Once the commission is started and paid, there will be no refunds. Please take note of this before making your commission request.
✦ Cancellations are not allowed after initial sketch has been approved and/or paid.
✦ If for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission, I'll refund 100% if in sketch phase, 85% in lineart/flat color phase, 75% in rendering phase.

→ Client will receive the latest WIP and is allowed to use it for personal use and future commission use, commercial fee will still be added if needed.
→ If client decides to not accept the WIP then they are not allowed to use it for personal use or future commission use. However, they will be refunded 100% no matter the artwork's phase.

✿ FINAL ARTWORK USE

✦ As the artist, I own all rights to the artwork. I reserve the right to repost artwork for advertising purposes. You may not take credit for the artwork, resell/reproduce it, or create merchandise without prior discussion.
✦ Final piece is digital work only.
✦ You are allowed to upload the watermarked final piece in lower resolution on your social media with the proper credits to me as the artist.
✦ Please be aware of the guidelines for your preferred streaming website, as the implications of some emotes may be deemed inappropriate. While I will provide feedback regarding the acceptability of a concept, it is ultimately not my responsibility to ensure that your emotes will not be reported or removed.
✦ You are not allowed to reproduce or alter commissioned piece to resell for profit.
✦ You are not allowed to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. If you do, you will be instantly blacklisted.
✦ You are not allowed to use the final piece in AI generators. If you do, you will be instantly blacklisted.

✿ UPLOADING

✦ I may post the commissioned artwork to my social media as portfolio or with advertising purposes (commission openings/examples).
✦ You can request to keep the commission private or to be uploaded in a later date. Please do let me know in your commission request.
